Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and motivation on employee performance.The populations are sampled. So all populations have the opportunity to be sampled. Based on the results of the study, emotional intelligence variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Intellectual intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test simultaneously it can be concluded that together the variables of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and motivation affect the variable performance of employees.
