Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the managerial performance of the Regional Work Unit of theJepara. The population in this study were employees at the office of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Jepara. The sampling technique used in this study was judgment sampling. This type of research is quantitative research using multivariate statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Some of the tests used includevalidity test, reliability and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that only budget clarity does not affect managerial performance at the office of the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Jepara. While other factors are budgeting participation, feedback, budget evaluation, difficulty in budget goals and internal control systems affecting managerial performance at the office of the Regional Government Work Unit (SKPD) of the Jepara.
