Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the psychological dynamics of Quality of Work Life in employees through the forms of Quality of Work Life, the impact of Quality of Work Life, and factors that affect Quality of Work Life. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, whose data was collected through interviews. Data were obtained from 6 informants with the criteria of employees aged 23-45 years, and were willing to become informants and fill out informed concent. The results of this study show the forms of Quality of Work Life, namely compensation, health and welfare of employees, conflict resolution, and communication. The influencing factor is the reason for bekeja to include sufficient living needs, work to find activities, and togetherness in the workplace. The impact that results from Quality of Work Life is satisfaction with received acceptance, company facilities which affect the length of work of employees and employees able to solve problems in the work environment.
