Abstract
Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, some of which is leadership style and work environment. Good performance will improve the quality and productivity of companies and industries. The objectives of this study include: 1) Analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. 2) Analyze the influence of work environment on employee performance. The types of data in this study are primary data obtained from the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to employees at PT. Telkom Witel Solo, totaling 50 employees. The analytical method used in this study are: 1) Test the research instruments, namely the validity test and reliability test. 2) Classic assumption test, which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. 3) Multiple linear regression test, model feasibility test (F test), effect validity test (t test), test coefficient of determination (R2 test). The results of data analysis were obtained using the SPSS Version 20 program. The results of the study partially showed that leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, and work environment style had a significant effect on employee performance.
