Abstract
The limited funding capacity makes The Jumog Waterfall tour manager develop gradually by prioritizing aspects that are the tastes of tourists to have a good increase in the number of visits. BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) Berjo is an organization that is trusted by the village government to manage Jumog Waterfall tours. Continued improvements are made by tourism managers to increase the number of visits and maintain the sustainability of their business. This study uses a marketing approach to find out the tastes of tourists through their assessment of variables at the Extended Marketing Mix. Based on calculations using IBM SPSS Statistics 24 and statistical tests show that the Extended Marketing Mix variable (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence, and Process) has an influence of 54.6% on his decision to visit Jumog Waterfall, and The other 45.4% were influenced by other variables not examined. This study resulted in a regression model Y = -1.071 + 0.456X1 + 0.037X2 + 0.152X3 + 0.158X4 + 0.112X5 + 0.269X6 + 0.096X7. According to the results of the linear regression model in this study variable that has a large influence on the smallest in the sequence are Product, Physical Evidence, Promotion, Place, People, Price, Process. The results obtained from the research can be used by managers as a reference to determine service development policies that are in accordance with the tastes of tourists.
