Abstract

Human resources (HR) in a company's most strategic position than other resources. Without the human resources then other resources owned by the company can not be used to manage a product.This study aimed to analyze the influence of organizational justice which includes distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice against organizarional citizenship behavior. The type of data in this study are primary data that has been distributed to the employees of PT. ITC Djitoe total of 93 respondents were determined using random sampling method by sampling based on research objectives and criteria established. The analytical tool used in this research is to test the validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, and F test results showed that the distributive justice significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, procedural justice not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and interactional justice not significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
