Abstract

Human Resources is the most important factor for realizing company goals. By implementing good human resource management, it is expected that the company's functions will run well in order to create good productivity. This study aims to analyze the effect of work shifts, facilities and quality management on productivity. The type of data in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire that has been distributed to employees of PT Indoplast's production department as many as 70 respondents who were determined using simple random sampling. The analytical tools used in this study are the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 software. The results of the analysis show that work shifts do not significantly influence productivity, facilities significantly influence productivity, and quality management influences significant effect on productivity.
