Abstract

Carpal tunnel syndrome is one of the disorders of the arm due to narrowing of the carpal tunnel either due to facia edema in the tunnel or abnormalities in the bones of the small bone so that it presses the median nerve on the wrist. To find out the benefits of Ultrasound Therapy and the Upper Limb Tension Neural Streching Technic Test 1 Exercise for reducing pain in Dextra Carpal Tunnel Syndrome cases. After doing therapy 3 times there was a decrease in tenderness on the side of the palmar wrist joint dext Ft1: 4 becoming Ft3: 2.4, a decrease in finger paresthesia at rest Ft1: 4.6 to Ft3: 3.9 and paresthesia when moving Ft1: 5 to Ft3: 3. To increase the ability of functional activities obtained Ft1: 3 becomes Ft3: 2. The provision of Ultrasound Therapy and Neural Streching Techniques of Upper Limb Tension Test 1 Exercise can reduce radicular pain and paraesthesia of the fingers and improve the ability of functional activity in cases of Dextra Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
