Abstract
Pedagogical competence is the ability to teach teachers to develop student character in the learning process. At full day school program the teacher always develops pedagogical competence because he works until the afternoon with the goals set. This study aims to describe: (1) to describe the pedagogical competence role of teacher and school, (2) describe the implementation of teacher pedagogical competence, (3 describe the implementation of the full day school program, (4) describe the constraints of teacher pedagogical competence. The research is a qualitative study using an ethnographic approach that is descriptive analytic. The results of this study are (1) the role of teacher pedagogical competence in schools is very important, (2) The teacher's pedagogical competency implementation is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum and runs smoothly, (3) Full day school is applied 5 days a week from morning to evening, (4) The obstacles that occur are there are teachers who have not mastered the incomplete technology and school infrastructure.
