Abstract
The introduction of traffic signs is one of the materials for kindergarten, especially class B4 at Bhayangkari Pacitan Kindergarten. The media used still uses textbooks in the form of text and still images, using teaching aids in the form of real tools and traffic parks, and still using conventional methods (lectures, and question and answer). In addition, students tend to play more quickly and get bored than learning. So the need for learning media that displays 2D objects in real-time, one of which uses adobe flash .. using this media is expected to be able to provide motivation and enthusiasm for student learning, so that the learning process becomes fun and student results increase. This study uses the Research and Development method. The procedure in this study is problem identification and data collection, product revision, and final product. Data collection techniques used were observation, wawn interview, literatul study, and questionnaire. While to find out the feasibility of learning media using the descriptive formula percentage. To measure the effectiveness of learning media using pre-test and post-test, and calculated using the normality test. The results of the media expert's assessment amounted to 80.95% which included feasible categories and material experts 89.36%, as well as the pre-test results of 82.15 and post-test 91. It can be concluded that the learning media is suitable for learning sign recognition material traffic signs, as well as effective in improving understanding of material and student learning principles.
