Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of participatory budgeting, performance measurement systems, procedural justice, distributive justice on the managerial performance of the Surakarta City education and training staff (BKPPD). An organization will always try to improve managerial performance in the hope that what is the goal of the organization is achieved. This research method uses a multiple regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that participatory budgeting and distributive justice affect managerial performance. While the system of measuring performance and distributive justice has no effect on managerial performance.
