Abstract

This study aims to describe the accuracy, effectiveness, constraints, and solutions to the application of the socialization model of the values of the Indonesian Unity by using a Mind Mapping strategy combination of Role Playing in Muhammadiyah Youth and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kartasura branch of Sukoharjo in 2019. This study uses a Pre-experimental method with design One Groub Pretest and Posttest with a sample of 20 people using Quota Purposive Random Sampling sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used test, observation, interview, and documentation methods. Indicators of the value of Indonesian Unity used in this study are: 1) Being able to place unity, unity, and the interests and safety of the nation and state as a common interest above personal and group interests, 2) Able and willing to sacrifice for the interests of the state and nation if needed, 3) Developing a sense of love for the motherland and nation, 4) Developing a sense of national pride and increasing Indonesian water, 5) Maintaining world order based on perpetual civil liberties, and social justice, 6) Developing Indonesian unity on the basis of Unity in Diversity, 7) Promote association for the unity and integrity of the nation. The validity in this study uses the Correlation Product Moment formula from Pearson. Reliability uses the formula KR 20. Analysis of the data used in this study is paired sample t-test. The results showed that t count 10, 716 is greater than t table 2.086 with a significance level of 0.05. The difference in the pretest and posttest scores shows the difference in understanding between before (pretest) and after (posttest) socialization of the values of the Indonesian Unity. The average value of Pretest 5.8 increased to 10.3 at Posttest. Based on the two data are then compared so that the difference value of 4.5 is obtained. Based on the calculation above, it can be concluded that the hypothesis proposed by H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a difference in understanding the values of Indonesian Unity after the socialization by using the Mind Mapping Strategy of Role Playing Combination in Muhammadiyah Youth and Nasyiatul Asyiyah, the difference shows an increase in average scores the values of Indonesian Unity from the results of the Pretest and Posttest.
