Abstract
Organizational commitment is one of the important aspects in the employee development process. With a strong organizational commitment, the company will have loyal employees who want to work wholeheartedly for the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, leadership, and compensation on organizational commitment. This study uses a type of primary data that is distributed to employees of PT. Djitoe ITC was 75 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used in this study is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, R2 test, and F test. Analysis results show that Motivation consistently does not have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership inconsistently positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and compensation is consistently positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
