Abstract
Human resources is one of the most important thing to achieve or not the purpose of a company. Good employee performance will have a good impact on the company. One of the factors that can improve employee performance is the organizational culture. A good organizational culture and supported by motivation and good job satisfaction, will improve employee performance for the better. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Case studies conducted at PT. Abioso Batara Alba in Boyolali Regency. The research sample was 53 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely by using a questionnaire. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction does not significantly influence employee performance.
