Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research to understand management time on student activist organization. This research in a qualitative fenomenologis: where data collection was carried out by interviews semi structured. Data is collected than 5 informants student activists criteria of the organization and active in selected using a technique purposive lecture. Technique data analysis using a technique interpretative with describing the results of research. The the data subject to having an impediment 5 same schedule between the same college and organization, the a meeting held in an organization late nigh. But with so the subject have a strategy time management by means of communicating to friends or by making the schedule so it can do it all. And all the subject have in common with the college have top priority , but the subject did not rule out tasks in the organization. While comments from parents about the activities of the subject had banned him and yet the subject can give confidence so parents a subject believing all the activities of the subject. So it can be concluded that time on students activists management organization is critical so that students can set time well with each individual strategy implemented.
