Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the level of performance, religiosity and motivation, analyzing the influence of the level of religiosity on teacher performance analyzing the effect of motivation on teacher performance. The sample in this study were 40 teachers at Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno Vocational School. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaire techniques. Hypothesis testing used used in this study includes t test, f test and multiple regression. Based on the results of the study concluded that the level of religiosity has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This is evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.318 with a significance of 0.015. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno Vocational School, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.524 with a significance of 0.0004.
