Abstract
The analysis of this study is about the influence of employee involvement, team work, and promotion on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted at Rumah Sakit Medika Mulya, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java Province. The study sample was 125 respondents who worked at the Rumah Sakit. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient, validity and reliability test. The results of the last study questionnaire were valid and reliable. Based on the results of the analysis found, it can be explained that employee involvement, team work, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at the Hospital.
