Abstract

ABSTRACT Greenship Neighborhood Versi 1.0 is an rating tool for disseminating and inspiring realization of sustainable areas. Benefits by applying Greenship Neighborhood Versi 1.0 are: (1) Maintaining harmony and balance of environmental ecosystems, as well as improving quality of environment, (2) Minimizing adverse impacts of development on the environment, (3) Improving quality of microclimates, ease of achievement, security, and convenience pedestrian and (5) Maintaining a balance between needs and availability of resources in future. In case study of Bandar Ecopark which located in Bandar Subdistrict, Batang Regency is a recreational area with an ecotourism park that has a positive impact on environment. Results of the Greenship Region shows that Bandar Ecopark region has score 57 with quality 46% (of total value 124), with details: LEE (17), MAC (14), WMC (0), SWM (6 ), CWS (10), BAE (6) and IFD (4). Greenship neighborhood that generated is SILVER. Strategy that will be precise to use to increase SILVER level in to PLATINUM level is strive for increasing the value of every category for standars planning concept . which details LEE (19), MAC (23), WMC (8), SWM (8), CWS (16), BAE (8) dan IFD (4).
