Abstract

Mental or psychological health is the most basic thing in health. In Tegal Regency, sufferers of mental disorders every year always experience an increase, namely in 2016 there were 619 people and until 2018 there were 1,757 people. Tegal Regency does not yet have a Mental Hospital as a mental health referral center, the ratio of the number of beds in hospitals in Tegal Regency is also insufficient, while the number of visits for mental health services increases every year, which is 13,295 visits and in in 2017 there were 32,745 visits. The preparation of the DP3A aims to answer the formulation of problems relating to the background, which include location selection, circulation, zoning, and structuring of behavioral architecture. Emphasis on the behavior of mental patients is very important in designing mental hospitals so that recovery can be done correctly and optimally. Therefore, hospitalization is designed by considering the behavior of people with severe mental disorders.
