Abstract
This study has three objectives, namely: (1) To test and discuss the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the coffee shop in Surakarta. (2) To test and discuss the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction of coffee shops in Surakarta. (3) To test and discuss the effect of store atmosphere on customer satisfaction in a coffee shop in Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative. Data in the study were collected by questionnaire method. The population of this study were all consumers who bought cafe products in Surakarta in 2018. The number of samples in this study were 100 people who had fulfilled a minimum sample size of 100. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The conclusions in this study are: (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with T-Statistics of 22,213 (> 1.96). (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a T-Statistics value of 5.554 (> 1.96). (3) Store atmosphere has an effect on consumer satisfaction there is a T-Statistics value of 3.320 (> 1.96).
