Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of safety, privacy and attractiveness on the brand trust in Muhammadiyah University Surakarta students. This research method uses a type of quantitative approach research that uses numerical data. The population of this study were all students who used Shopee, Bukalapak and Tokopedia at Muhammadiyah University Surakarta. The sample used in this study was 125 students with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques used were (1) instrument test (validity and reliability test), (2) Classical Assumption Test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and (3) Hypothesis Test (multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2) . The results of the study indicate that the t test shows that (1) security has a positive and significant effect on brand trust in Muhammadiyah University Surakarta students. (2) Privacy has a positive and significant effect on brand trust in Surakarta Muhammadiyah University students. (3) Application attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand trust in Surakarta Muhammadiyah University students.
