Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify marketing strategies based on internal and external environmental analysis through analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and identifying marketing strategies by CV. Agung Jaya based on the BCG matrix. This research method uses a type of qualitative data research. This study uses secondary data sources and data collection with interviews and documentation. Data analysis method used in the research is SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) and BCG Matrix (Boston Consulting Group) analysis. The results of data analysis can be concluded marketing strategy using SWOT matrix analysis shows development through consideration of internal and external factors of the company that can be useful for the progress of CV. Agung Jaya. The right marketing strategy and can be used in accordance with SWOT matrix analysis is to use the power to take advantage of opportunities. Based on the results of BCG matrix CV analysis. Agung Jaya has a fairly low position. CV. Agung Jaya based on the graph is included in the category of cash cows. In this case the BCG matrix has a relatively high market share position but competes in low industrial growth while the marketing strategy that can be used according to the results of BCG matrix analysis is to invest, carry out efforts to minimize costs and inefficient operations so that cash flow still has strong, and develop various types of new products so that industrial growth increases.
