Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic qualifications of teachers and management of learning in aisyiyah kindergarten throughout the colomadu sub-district 2018/2019. This research includes the type of descriptive correlational research. The population was 51 teachers from 11 aisyiyah kindergarten, colomadu sub-district. A sample of 34 teacher consisting of 10 PNS teachers and 24 WB teachers, were taken by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection is done through questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and simple linear regression. Based on data analysis, the correlation coefficient (rxy) is 0,909 which means very strong. Academic qualifications of teachers with management of learning have Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that a decision can be made that there is a correlation or relationship between the academic qualifications of the teacher and the management of learning in aisyiyah kindergarten throughout the sub-district of colomadu in the academic year 2018/2019
