Abstract

The practice of buying and selling ijon alba trees on the Batu Lawang road km. 3 Banjar PT APL JAWA BARAT, which is often carried out by the community, there are alba tree sellers who offer 1 altar tree to the buyer to sell the alba tree, because the seller is in need of money. The seller will offer a bid and make a contract (agreement) to buy and sell 1 alba tree that is still young to be ready to buy with a contract valid for at least 5-10 years, calculated from the buyer making a sale and purchase transaction with the seller. The buyer gives the seller the conditions for the albine tree to be planted on the seller's land until the alba tree he buys is actually ready to be harvested (harvested). After bargaining and agreed upon by the buyer and seller on the agreement (contract) then the seller marks the alba tree using a rope. To find out what is the practice of buying and selling alba trees with Ijon system on Batu Lawang road km. 3 Banjar PT. APL JAWA BARAT is in accordance with Islamic law or not. The research conducted is a field action research that is obtained directly to sellers and buyers of alba trees with ijon system in an effort to increase understanding of buying and selling alba trees in an Islamic perspective. Practices of buying and selling in the Banjar area there are agents where Albasiah trees are purchased, trees that are still small to the extent that they have been marketed and they serve them, the size of 1 meter is 2 months old has been marketed, the circumference of the tree is 30 cm, the age of 4/5 years of harvest, the factory needed it like that at the age of 4/5 a young tree, why did they accept the young age because the factory was easy to cut the tree.
