Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) Contribution of-based entrepreneurship practices soft skills to the growth ofattitudes entrepreneurial of the 2015 Accounting Education Students FKIP UMS students. 2) Contribution of entrepreneurial motivation to the growth ofattitudes entrepreneurship of the 2015 Education Faculty FKMS UMS students. soft skills and entrepreneurial motivation towards the growth ofattitudes entrepreneurial of Accounting Education students of the 2015 UMS FKIP. This type of research is quantitative with survey research design. The population of this study were all students of the 2015 accounting education study program. A sample of 130 students with sample random sampling. Data collection techniques with questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and relative and effective contribution. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, it was concluded that: 1) Entrepreneurship practices based on soft skills contribute significantly toattitudes entrepreneurial. This is based on the calculation of the relative contribution of 53.4% and the effective contribution of 19.8%. 2)motivation contributes quite high toattitudes Entrepreneurialentrepreneurial. This is based on the calculation of the relative contribution of 46.6% and the effective contribution of 17.3%. 3) The coefficient of determination (R2)of 0.371 indicates that the contribution of entrepreneurial practice-based soft skills and entrepreneurship motivation attitude towards entrepreneurship is 37.1%, while the rest influenced by other variables.
