Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of Surakarta KPPN employees. Analyze the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Surakarta KPPN. Analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on the performance of Surakarta KPPN employees. The population is employees of Surakarta KPPN, amounting to 51 employees and the sample is employees of the Surakarta KPPN, amounting to 51 employees. Based on the results of the study it was known that there was a significant effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. Together, the emocional intelligence and organizational commitment variables significantly influence employee performance.
