Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of Compensation, Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Blora Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. The population in this study were all employees of the Blora Regency Central Bureau of Statistics. With a saturated sampling technique obtained a sample of 36 employees. Data collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that variables (1) compensation do not affect employee performance, (2) motivation influences employee performance, (3) organizational commitment does not affect employee performance, and (4) leadership style does not affect employee performance.
