Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe soft skill students of class XI and XII accounting study program at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono in dealing with industry 4.0. This type of research is qualitative, with ethnographic design. The subjects of this study were students of class XI, XII, and teachers of accounting study programs at SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono. The results of this study students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyudono are sufficient in dealing with industrial world 4.0, it is shown by several aspects of soft skills students have been fulfilled, namely, ethical aspects and good behavior, emotional intelligence, communication skills, thinking skills and problem solving, the last is aspects of leadership skills, but there are some aspects that still need to be improved including honesty, this can be proven from the information presented by the resource person who stated that he still committed fraudulent actions while taking the exam, including cheating and exchanging answers to fellow students. The next aspect which is considered less is the communication ability of students, in the results of interviews conducted by researchers there are still many students who do not communicate with their fellow classmates, this is because there are still many students clustered so that there is a lack of interaction between students and each other.
