Abstract
The relationship between work stress, happiness and organizational climate with the performance of nurses in RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan was the focus of this research. The research subjects included 150 inpatient nurses. Sampling from the population using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method used three scales, namely the scale of stress, happiness, and organizational climate, while for the performance of nurses using the value data Employee Performance Target in the form of interval data. Regression analysis was used to process and analyze data. The results of this study indicated that there was a partially significant relationship between stress, happiness and organizational climate with nurse performance. The three variables together were also affected the performance of nurses in the RSUD dr. Sayidiman Magetan. Stress, happiness and organizational climate factors contribute 47.9% to nurses' performance. This means there were still 52.1% of other factors that can be predictors that affect nurse performance.
