Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand concern, convenience, dependency, price concern, product features, and social influence on smartphone purchasing decisions. This study took a sample of the population of students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample used amounted to 120 respondents and the sampling method used non-probability techniques by convenience sampling method. The technique of collecting data uses questionnaires and literature. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all variables with purchasing decisions, which showed that Smartphone purchasing decisions were influenced by brand concern, convenience concern, dependency concern, price concern, product features concern, and social influence concern.
