Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze (1) the influence of the role of parents on mathematics learning outcomes; (2) the influence of discipline on mathematics learning outcomes; (3) the influence of the learning environment on mathematics learning outcomes; (4) the influence of the role of parents, discipline and learning environment on mathematics learning outcomes.This type of research is based on its quantitative research approach. with correlational research design. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The study population was 243 students in class X of 1st grade Kaliwungu vocational with a sample of 116 students. Data collection research using questionnaire method and documentation. This study includes the prerequisite test for analysis and hypothesis testing, the analysis prerequisite test that must be fulfilled is the test for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity. While hypothesis testing includes t test and f test (simultaneous). A result of the research,, (1) there is an influence between the role of parents on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of 1st grade Kaliwungu vocational high school academic year 2018/2019 with a relative contribution and effective contributions of 28.98% and 2, respectively. 98%; (2) there is an influence between the discipline of the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of 1st grade Kaliwungu vocational high in the academic year 2018/2019 with a relative contribution and effective contributions of 43.65% and 4.50% respectively; (3) there is no influence between the learning environment on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of 1st grade Kaliwungu vocational high in the academic year 2018/2019 with a relative contribution and effective contributions of 27.36% and 2.82% respectively; (4) there is an influence between the role of parents, discipline, learning environment on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X students of 1st grade Kaliwungu vocational academic year 2018/2019 with a coefficient of determination (R^2) = 10.3% while the remaining 89.7% is influenced by other variables.
