Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Analyzing the influence of work discipline on employee performance. Analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Analyzing the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of all employees of Baron Indah Hotel, amounting to 50 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the work environment variable had a significant effect on performance. Work discipline variables have a significant effect on performance. Work motivation variables have a significant effect on performance. The results of the F test analysis show that work environment variables, work discipline, and work motivation together have an influence on performance.
