Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational commitment, work discipline, and quality of work life with teacher performance in high school / vocational schools in Blora sub-district. The subjects of this study were 110 teachers. Sampling uses simple random sampling technique. Data collection methods are used with a scale that is scale of organizational commitment, scale of work discipline, and scale of quality of work life while for performance using documentation data from the school in the form of interval data. The method of data analysis uses regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment, work discipline, and quality of work life with teacher performance. Taken together, organizational commitment, work discipline, and quality of work life contribute 16,13%. This means there are still 83.87% which can be a predictor for teacher performance. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between organizational commitment, work discipline, and quality of work life on teacher performance.
