Abstract

ABSTRACT Pukis and Gandos Sumringah is a small and medium – sized business engaged in food, precisely the traditional cakes of Pukis and gandos the non – renewed business model has made painting and gandos eroded in popularity with contemporary snacks that are getting more and more days. So that painting and gandos can develop. This study aims to develop a business model using business strategy plan with SWOT. The result of this study indicate that the business position on the cartesian diagram is in quadrant III, which means that the business of Pukis and Gandos is in a weak business condition but is very likely, the recommended strategy is to change the strategy. The SWOT diagram result show the strategies that can be used to improve the business of pukis and gandos summing is to create new flavorsof innovation in products, create new packaging design, design new outlets and create social media account that are used as promotional media and communication media with customers.
