Abstract

ABSTRAK Kudus adalah sebuah kota yang secara geologis terletak di Jawa Tengah. Kudus sebagai salah satu kawasan perdagangan di Pulau Jawa berpotensi menjadi pusat perdagangan (Trade Centre) berskala Internasional. Keunggulan Kabupaten Kudus sebagai salah satu Kabupaten yang pro investasi di Jawa Tengah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan ditetapkannya Kabupaten Kudusa sebagai Kabupaten/Kota Pro Investasi peringkat IV (empat) dari 32 (tiga puluh dua) Kabupaten/Kota se-Jawa Tengah. (Berdasarkan Arsip Pemerintah Kabupaen Kudus). Jumlah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Kudus, telah mendapat sertifikat izin Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) saat kini mencapai lebih dari 886 pelaku usaha. Industri kreatif yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus sangat prospektif untuk dikembangkan sebagai langkah memajukan ekonomi masyarakat. Karena keunggulan dari industri tersebut selain mampu menyerap banyak tenaga kerja, UMKM ini berpotensi masuk ke pasar ekspor. Semakin berkembangnya UMKM di Kudus akan meningkatkan sektor ekonomi di Kabupaten Kudus. Menyadari bahwa pertumbuhan UMKM sangat tinggi perlu adanya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang dapat mewadahi UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus. Kudus Trade Center akan menyediakan layanan infomasi, promosi, pendampingan usaha, Pengembangan jaringan usaha, pelatihan usaha dan galeri pemasaran yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan perdagangan dan fasilitas lain yang mendukung kegiatan UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus. Kata Kunci: Trade Center, Usaha Mikro Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), Kudus Trade Center Abstract Kudus is a city that is geologically located in Central Java. Kudus as one of the trading areas on Java Island has the potential to become an international scale trade center. The superiority of Kudus Regency as one of the pro-investment districts in Central Java, this is evidenced by the establishment of Kudus Regency as xv Investment District/City ranked IV (four) of 32 (thirty-two) Districts/Cities in Central Java. (based on the Government Archives of the Holy district). The number of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kudus Regency has been granted a certificate of Household Industry Food Permit when it now reaches more than 886 business actors. The creative industry in Kudus Regency is prospective to be developed as a step to advance the community's economy. Because of the superiority of the industry besides being able to absorb a lot of labor, this MSME has the potential to enter the export market. The growing development of MSMEs in Kudus will improve the economic sector in Kudus Regency. Recognizing that the growth of MSMEs is very high, there are facilities and infrastructure that can accommodate MSMEs in Kudus Regency. Kudus Trade Center will provide information, promotion, business assistance, business network development, business training and marketing galleries related to trade activities and other facilities that support MSME activities in Kudus Regency.
