Abstract

The introduction of traditional houses is one of the materials in social studies subjects at the 5th grade public elementary school in SD Negeri 4 Klambu Grobogan. Media that still uses textbooks in the form of text and still images, and still uses conventional methods (lecture, question and answer and assignment). In addition, students prefer to play gadged or mobile phones besides learning. For this reason, we need learning media that can display 3D objects in real-time, one of them using Augmeted Reality (AR). By using AR, it ismexpected tombe ablemto providemmotivation and enthusiasm for student learning, the learning process becomes enjoyable and student learning outcomes increase. This study uses the Research and Development method. In this study are data and data, design, validation, student trials, data analysis, product revisions, and final products. Professional data collection techniques, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. While to find out the feasibility of learning media using the descriptive term percentage. To measure the level of learning media using thempre-test andmpost-test, and alsomusing themnormality test,mMann-Whitney test, and N-gain. While the class 28 grade 5 students of SD Negeri 4 Klambu Grobogan amounted to 90.17% Very very feasible category, and the pre-test results were 49.6 and post-test 83.9. It can be concluded that AR learning media for learning material for introducing traditional houses, as well as being effective in increasing understanding of material and student learning outcomes.
