Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) Effects of Perception on Lecturer Teaching Skills on Learning Creativity in Computer Accounting Courses, 2) Effects of Learning Motivation on Learning Creativity in Computer Accounting Courses, 3) Effects of Perception on Teaching Skills and Learning Motivation on Learning Creativity of Accounting Computer Courses of the students semester VII 2015 at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta on the academic year 2018/2019. This research is a quantitative study with a non-experimental research design that is using survey design. This research conducted at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in the academic year of 2018/2019. The population in this study was 214 students with a sample of 135 and using random sampling techniques because of elementary units. Data collection techniques were with documentation and questionnaires/inquiries. Data analysis techniques with normality test, linearity test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test, and seeking for Effective Contribution (SE) and Relative Contribution (SR) to Y. Results of this research showed that: 1) tcount>3.016>1.978 or 0.003<0.05 so Ho was rejected so there was a positive influence between lecturer teaching skills variables (X1) with student learning creativity (Y), 2) tcount>3.218>1.978 or 0.002<0.05 so Ho was rejected so there is a positive influence between learning motivation variables (X2) on student learning creativity (Y), 3) Results of Fcount>Ftable which is 34,414>3.06 or Sig.<0.05, which is 0,000, Ho was rejected, meaning there is a simultaneoutly positive influence between the independent variables of lecturer teaching skills (X1) and learning motivation (X2) with the independent variable of student learning creativity (Y). The results of the calculation of the Effective Contribution (SE) perception variable about lecturer teaching skills is 16.37% and the relative contribution is 48.14%, the calculation of the effective contribution (SE) of the learning motivation variable is 17.62% and its relative contribution is 51.82%. the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 34.3%, meaning that the perception variable about lecturer teaching skills and learning motivation had an effect of 34.3% on learning creativity in accounting computer subjects while 65.7% was influenced by other variables not examined.
