Abstract

Enterpreneurship activity not only describe about material value but also describe with the value of worship. The basic concept of Islam in muamalah itself also concern with the economic islamic value. Islam establishes very inclusive rules between two people who make transactions through the existence of religious law. Murabahah contract generaly done by two person that is seller and buyer, in this research explain about murabahah contract implementation on trading business that is UD. Mufa Alia. Murabahah contract are applied on UD. Mufa Alia for fabric material purchase in big quantity with down payment system. In this research will explain in detail about murabahah contract implementation on trading business UD. Mufa Alia and suitability with Fatwa DSN-MUI. This research is field research and data source who used by this research is through interview, observation, documentation, and relevant books who relevant with this research for strengthen opinion in completing research. Data analysis techniques used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. 2 Conclusions that can be taken on this research is murabahah contract implementation on trading business UD. Mufa Alia either using down payment system or not, has been in accordance with the provisions Fatwa DSN-MUI
