Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Islamic work ethic had on the performance of workers at the Purwodadi Islamic Hospital. In this study, it was used to use data in an associative approach and to distribute questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were Purwodadi Islamic Hospital using the Slovin formula as a retrieval technique with respondents using Probability Sampling using the Radom Sampliing technique. The study uses data analysis methods that use simple linear regression analysis, by processing data using the help of the SPSS program application. Testing the hypothesis in this study using a validity test tool, reliability test, normality test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Hypothesis test results used simple linear regression analysis which shows that Islamic work ethics have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Purwodadi Islamic Hospital workers who are classified using the SPSS computer program application which shows that the results of R² give an explanation that Islamic work ethics positive influence on the performance of workers in Purwodadi Islamic Hospital and although there are still other factors that are not included in this model. From this research, it can be concluded that the Islamic work ethic greatly influences positively and significantly on the performance of workers at Purwodadi Islamic Hospital Keywords: Islamic Work Ethics, Worker Performance
