Abstract

This study aims to (1) describe the structures that construct the novel Milea: Suara dari Dilan by Pidi Baiq, (2) describe the inner conflicts of the main characters in the novel Milea: Suara dari Dilan by Pidi Baiq, and (3) research on literary learning in high school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The source of data in this study is the novel Milea: Suara dari Dilan works Pidi Baiq published by Mizan Pustaka a number of 360 pages. Technique of collecting data using library technique. Data analysis techniques used are semiotic model, call named heuristic and hermeneutic readings. The results of this study are (1) Pidi Baiq in composing novel Milea: Suara dari Dilan with the theme of love story that happened by young man by using advanced groove. The figures involved are: a) Yudho, b) Milea, c) Airin, d) Bung Faris, e) Rani. The background of events in the novel around the 2000s and occurred among others in Jepara, Pesantren Tremas, Surabaya, and Kudus. (2) The inner conflicts that occur in the main character are triggered by several problems, such as: a) inner conflicts triggered by the desire to stop working on bung faris, b) inner conflicts triggered by death milea c) inner conflicts triggered by candidate candidates, d) inner conflicts triggered by defeat in the election of high officials, and e) inner conflicts triggered by bung faris testimony. (3) The result of the inner conflict analysis of the main character in the novel Milea: Suara dari Dilan by Pidi Baiq can be implemented into Indonesian language and literature learning in high school. That can be aware of the paradigm of learners about attitudes that can be taken example to be role model is the value of affection, responsibility, and harmony of life in the community. Learning materials are prepared based on content standards in the form of competence standards and basic competencies in class XI semester two (even) with KD 3.1 and KI 4.1.
