Abstract

This study aims: (1) to describe the successful management of industrial work practice planning; (2) describe the management of the implementation of industrial work practices; (3) describe the evaluation of industrial work practices. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is done by two types of data triangulation, namely source triangulation and method triangulation. The results showed that the management of industrial work practices on business and management expertise competencies in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar was well implemented in accordance with the plan set to achieve the goals and said to be successful. Management of industrial work practices in this study includes 3 aspects, namely: planning, implementation and evaluation.
