Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze leadership, teamwork and social interaction on employee performance at PT. Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk. In this study using a probability sampling approach with random sampling technique. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on employee performance, so the first hypothesis which states that leadership has a positive influence on employee performance is supported by its truth. There is no significant influence of teamwork on employee performance. So the second hypothesis which states that teamwork does not have a significant difference in employee performance is supported by its truth. There are those who state that there is a positive influence on employee performance, so the hypothesis that social interaction has a significant difference to employee performance is supported by its truth. There are significant differences and positive responses to team work and employee performance.
