Abstract

Anggraini/A210140034 KINERJA GURU BERSERTIFIKASI DITINJAU DARI KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DI SMA NEGERI 1 NGUTER. Skripsi. Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitaas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Mei, 2018. The objectives of research were to find out 1) Influence of pedagogic competence concerned certification teachers’ performance 2) Influence of professional competence concerned certification teachers’ performance 3) Influence pedagogic competence and professional competence concerned certification teachers’ performance. The population were 28 certified teachers in SMA Negeri Nguter. Simple random technique were 27 respondent. The data collected through inquiry and documentation technique. The data were analyzed through bifilar regression linear uji-t, uji-F, uji R2, uji sumbangan relative (SR), and uji sumbangan efektif (SE). result from the test is 1) pedagogic competence was influence significant in certified teachers’ performance is proven by result thitung 3,036> nilai ttabel 2,056 and sig 0,006<0,05. 2) Professional competence influence significantly in certified teachers’ performance is proven by result thitung 2,203> nilai ttabel 2,056 and sig 0,037 <0,05. 3) pedagogic and professional competence influence significantly in certified teachers’ performance is proven by result FHITUNG 16,894.ftabel 3,40 and sig 0,000<0,05 4) pedagogic competence’s subject gave relative contribution 53.21% and effective contribution 29,27% while professional competence’s contribution has relative competence 46,10% and relative competence 25,35%, The result is 54,62% it means that pedagogic and professional competence influence significantly in certified teachers’ performance be covered with 54,62% in certified teachers’ in teachers’ performance while 45,38 effected by another subject.
