Abstract
Cheating behavior is not a strange thing especially in the world of education, even from elementary school to university, the name cheats. Factors that can influence cheating behavior include self-efficacy and perception of parental expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and student perceptions of parental expectations with cheating behavior. Samples were taken 172 students using a sampling technique, namely Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Methods of data collection using quantitative research methods with a scale measuring tool that is cheating behavior scale, self-efficacy scale, and student perceptions of parental expectations scale. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression techniques. Regression analysis test results revealed that R is 0.457 with a significance level of (p) 0.000 where p <0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and student perceptions of parental expectations with cheating behavior.
