Abstract
Food is a basic need that is often needed by every human being. With the increasing food needs are balanced with the development of a wide variety of fast food. The introduction of fast food is often aimed at teenagers using media advertisements which will affect the perception of the beholder. The increased interest in teenagers affect the desire to buy against food products that his ads aired so that companies succeed in influencing consumers. Taking place in high school 4 student siswinya is due to the belief with respect to strategic and they are active in following the development of the times. This research aims to know the relationship of interest advertising against the desire to buy at "Warung Upnormal" on high school Muhammadiyah 4 Kartasura. This research is observational research with cross sectional design. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a number of respondents as much as 57 respondents. Statistical tests using test of Rank Spearman. The results showed interest in advertising in the category of respondents is low (51.78%). The desire to buy at "Warung Upnormal" respondents in the low category (55.35%). Spearman Rank test results to interest ad with the desire to buy at "Warung Upnormal" value p= 0,000. There is a relationship of attraction of advertising against the desire to memebli at "Warung Upnormal". Keywords: Attraction, teens, the desire to buy
