Abstract
The research aims to (1) find out the relationship between the perception against the policy of salary by discipline works. (2.) know the level of perception of the employee against the salary policy established by the company. (3.) know the level of discipline working employees. (4.) know the role of perception against the policy of salary by discipline working employees. The subject of this research is the factory of PT. Kusumahadi Santosa part production. The subject of the determination is done by quota sampling, which consists of 50 employees part of the production of PT Kusumahadi Santosa. Data collection techniques in the study are using the scale perception against the policy of salary scale, and discipline work. When the results of the analysis using the Kendall's know the test results obtained by correlation coefficient (r) of 0.118 and significance (p) of 0.254 (p > 0.05). Indicates that there is no relationship between the perception against the policy of salary by discipline working employees.
