Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors job performance the employee at PD. BPR-BKK District of Wonogiri and District of Eromoko. Factors analyzed in this research are information technology, top management support, trust in the information system of accounting, and internal control system. This research uses quantitative method with primary data by questionnaire. Population of this research is employees PD. BPR-BKK District of Wonogiri and District of Eromoko. Sum samples are 36 respondents. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) information technology effect on job performance, (2) top management support effect on job performance, (3)trust in the information system of accounting effect on job performance, (4)internal control system effect on job performance. Keyword : job performance, information technology, top management support, trust in the information system of accounting.
