Abstract
This aim of this research is to analyze the impact of budget participation on managerial performance that is moderated by organizational commitment and work motivation. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach. The data in this research is the primary data which is done by distributing the data with the questionnaire. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling technique with 102 respondents. Data analysis techniques used MRA Test analysis using SPSS version 20 program. The findings showed that budgetary participation had no effect on managerial performance. In moderation both organizational commitment and motivation are not able to moderate significantly between budgetary participation on managerial performance.
