Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the quality of service has an influence on the satisfaction of users of management consulting at PT. Echoes of Sustainable Object Images and to find out the trust has an influence on the satisfaction of users of management consulting at PT. Echoes of Sustainable Object Images. The population in this study were management consulting users at PT. Echoing Sustainable Image Objects, while the sample of this study is 100 respondents with a sampling technique with random sampling. Based on the results of the research, service quality variables have a significant influence on the satisfaction of users of management consulting at PT. Echoes of Sustainable Object Images and Trust variables have a significant influence on users of management consulting at PT. Echoes of Sustainable Object Images. While the F test variable service quality and trust simultaneously to the satisfaction of management consulting users at PT. Echoes of Sustainable Object Images.
