Abstract

The purpose of the study there are three, (1) To test the motivation, facilities, and learning enviroment on learning outcomes mathematics indirectly through learning dicipline, (2) To test the motivation, facilities, and learning enviroment of learning dicipline, and (3) To test the contribution of learning dicipline on learning outcomes in mathematics. Type of correlational quantitative research. The research population is 501 students of class X SMK Negeri 1 Miri Sragen. The sample of 222 students is determined by the Slovin formula. Sampling with proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques with closed questionnaires. Data analysis technique used path analysis with assumption test of F test, T test, and R2 test. Result of the research, (1) motivation, facilities, and learning enviroment contribute simultaneously to the results of Learning Mathematics through learning dicipline with (α = 0,05). Partially, motivation, fasilities and learning enviroment is contribute directly to the learning outcomes of mathematics and indirectly contribute positively through independence. (2) motvation, facilities, and learning enviroment contribute simultaneously to the learning dicipline with (α = 0.05). Partially, motivation that affect the dicipline of learning is 20%. facilities that affect learning dicipline by 13%. Learning enviroment that affect the learning dicipline of 13%. (3) Learning dicipline contributed to mathematics learning achievement of 8.59%.
